However, in the unlikely event that the power runs out, please walk to the electricity meter and send us a picture of the meter. This will help us quickly resolve any issues with the electricity supply.

Additionally, it’s important to note that in Bali, neighborhood-wide power outages can occasionally occur due to external factors. If you experience a power outage, please contact us immediately. We will promptly contact the relevant authorities to find out the cause and expected duration of the outage, and keep you updated.
